The Living Room
In this project, the couple had been struggling with how to arrange their living room and even purchased software to help. In just a few hours I rearranged the space, mades some minor changes with existing accents and really changed the look of the living room. This is a very practical way to transform a space.

Freshen up Outdoor Living Space
In this redesign, I painted old yard furniture that had been identified to go in the trash. Starting with this and then adding bright accents transformed this deck to a new outdoor living space.

ORGANIZATION AND TIDYING
Simplifying life with beautifully organized spaces that spark joy
Simplify and surround yourself with the items that your truly love or make things easier. Once organized, we will identify a plan for maintenance.
A Home with 300 Years of Memories and Counting!
We did some decluttering, organizing, and decorating and it was really fun. Once again, I got to work with a wonderful and inspiring woman who has just the most beautiful home!

Character and Great People
As families grow it common to begin to accumulate a lot of "stuff." I enjoy talking to families about how to manage through this. I can easily see why this family loves their home and that's how it should be. Our spaces should bring us peace and happiness.

Family Organization systems and New Starts
After a great decluttering partnership, this became a fresh start for the family. From here we set up new organization systems and continued through the home.

Helping Hands for Busy Moms
This is phase 1 of a multi-room project where we started with this very special little girls bedroom. The Mom and I worked side by side and the little girl was over-joyed. I will always include a maintenance plan with my services and in this one it included some great strategies to inspire your children to stay organized.

Playroom Solutions
In this project we organized a playroom by creating a rotation plan for the toys that would bring the child joy. We decluttered and got rid of toys that were not of interest to the child. We created play areas and made the toys accessible.

Kitchen Decluttering
Organizing this kitchen really helped to highlight the beautiful features of the room while making it easier to access items at hand. We got everything off of the counters and put into their appropriate spaces.

"I am shocked by what simple modifications make such a big difference. Since Bette organized my kitchen cabinets, I've found more joy in cooking and baking and eat out less.”
Casey J. - Glenn Mills, PA
"The space looks great! Bette moved the furniture in a way I had not thought of. We are very happy with the result and feel like she did a great job!"
Lindsey W. - N. Wilmington
"Bette was recommended to us by friends, and at first I was a little skeptical. Having an organizer come to spend time at our house felt a little pretentious to me. Also, I didn't just want to organize our stuff away in the nooks and crannies of our house. With a growing family, we were ending up with too much stuff, and I felt like I was running a warehouse instead of a household. I was feeling more stress than joy out of too many areas of our house (which we love) Bette came in initially and helped us tear through our third floor over a full day. She talked at first about her philosophy of what to keep and what not to keep, and asked a lot of questions. It made total sense to my wife and I, and we spent a full day going through everything and taking action on each thing. We ended up with a(n almost) garage bay of bags to donate and bags to get rid of. The things that we have are things that are used or matter to us, and we now have a usable system for processing the things that (we decide to let) come into our home. We've already scheduled Bette back for a couple more consulting days, and I'm thinking this may be an annual event for us to bring her out. "
